Weekend Box Office Results – 12/05/10
This weekend in America is typically one of the slowest weeks for the Box Office, and this year was no exception. Disney’s Tangled won the weekend in its second week in release, beating out the 7th installment of the Harry Potter franchise- which is killing it oversee’s right now. I don’t plan on seeing any of the films in this weeks top 10. Hopefully Summer rolls back around quickly. Here’s the top 10 breakdown;

The Arena: North Shore gets Nominated for a Surfer Poll Award!
A cool little surf doc called The Arena: North Shore that I produced with Justin LePera (he also directed it) just got nominated for the 2010 SurferPoll Awards! The film was nominated in the Worst WipeOut category for our coverage of Aamion Goodwin & Cody Graham colliding. Luckily bones and ligaments heal and no one was killed. The Arena is up agains tmany other solid films, here th elist of nominee’s for the Worst WipeOut category;

John Racener Documentary Film
All you hardcore Poker fans out there know who John Racener is. He’s the 24 yr old who came in 2nd place this year at the World Series of Poker, winning a whopping $5.5 million dollars. John is a really smart, cool and like-able guy. He also lives a life of extreme high’s and low’s, with millions of dollars circulating through his life on a daily basis. Expanding further into the world of high fashion, Robert Anthony introduces Enigma. This womens body armor-like accessory is constructed entirely from stainless-steel and consists of more than 200 pieces. Each Enigma is custom made for each clients particular size and shape.
