With a genocide of a weekend at the box office Saw 4 completely destroyed the competition with $32.1 million. I guess there are many loyal Saw fans because here is how well each filmed has done opening weekend… The original Saw made $18.3 opening weekend, Saw 2 made $31.7 million, and Saw 3 opened with $33.6 million- and considering the estimated total budgets of all 4 films is about $20 million, i’m sure Lions Gate will make as many sequels as possible considering they have already made hundred’s of million dollars off this franchise.
