So i got a few emails, and a few comments today asking for a new Sienna Miller pic from the Flaunt Mag shoot. Thanks for the feedback! But i also thought this was a good chance to mention something helpful for you photographers and filmmakers out there. And the only logical tie in would be; how to find a unique shooting location. There’s a few ways to do this- first, the old fashioned way- yourself! Just find a location you like, contact the owners for their approval and rate negotiating , then apply for permits according to the city or state you are shooting in. (btw- the old fashioned way is also the most difficult way) But the better option, if you have the budget, is to hire a location manager through a reputable location scouting company. They should already be knowledgeable of local laws and codes, have great relationships with numerous locations, and will be able to assist you in any way you need- sometimes even with permits. A few LA based companies i have used in the past are Legend Locations, World Locations, CAST locations and many more. All of these companies, and more, can be found on LA411.com. So good luck!
